Greetings Mindful Friends~
We’re preparing to come out of our winter hibernation. Whether we had a lot of snow or not doesn’t matter. During the season of winter we turned our energies inward to contemplate our deeper values and to gather ourselves up.
Mindfulness helps us clear away the clutter and see things as they are, rather than how we wish they were. What clarity has come from your hibernation?
Perhaps you feel called to do things differently. Maybe you’d like to ‘show up’ at work or in relationships with a new attitude or approach.
Spring is a time for freshness and new beginnings. It invites us to let go of what no longer serves our highest good.
Here are some tips for rising up this spring with greater authenticity:
1) Identify what you do that gives you a sense of meaning and purpose. And do more of that.
2) Don’t ‘should’ on yourself. Say ‘yes’ to things that bring you joy or fulfillment.
3) Spend as much time as possible with people who deeply care about your well-being.
4) Exercise your voice by speaking your truth in conversations at work and home.
5) Get outside and take in the sights, scents, and sounds of nature.
Wishing you the blessings of spring!
